Application

3.  This Order applies to the whole of the Borough, except for:

(1) The M6 for its entire length within the Borough, including its slip roads;

(2) The A49 for the entirety of both its lengths within the Borough;

(3) The A500 from junction 16 of the M6 to its junction with the B5074;

(4) The A534 from its junction with the A5020 to the boundary between the Borough and the Borough of Congleton; and

(5) The A5020 from its junction with the A500 to its junction with the A532.
