This Order may be cited as the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2007.
Interpretation2
In this Order “the Act” means the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007.
Commencement3
The provisions of the Act specified in the Schedule shall come into force on 21 December 2007.
