1. These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula (England) Regulations 2007;
(b)come into force—
(i)in the case of regulation 31(2), on 1st January 2010; and
(ii)otherwise, on 11th January 2008; and
(c)apply in relation to England only.
