4.—(1) Regulation 22 (financing: WEEE from private households) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3), after “regulation 32” insert “or 40A”.
(3) In paragraph (9)(b), for “paragraph (1)” substitute “regulation 8(1)”.
