The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 37 (other than sub-section (4)(b) and (c)) and 39(2) of the Traffic Management Act 2004(1).
In accordance with section 39(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
