The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 135 of the Police Act 19971, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and extent1

This Order may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2007.

The Order extends to Northern Ireland.
