1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Taxation of Securitisation Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 27th December 2007 immediately after the coming into force of the Securitisation Companies (Application of Section 83(1) of the Finance Act 2005: Accounting Standards) Regulations 2007(1).
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations have effect from the beginning of periods of account beginning on or after 1st January 2007 and current on 3rd December 2007.
(3) Regulation 2(2) does not apply to a company to which the Taxation of Securitisation Companies Regulations 2006(2) applies in relation to a capital market arrangement in existence on 3rd December 2007.
