SCHEDULE 5TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
Application of the 1995 Rules to sections 8 and 1211
If before 1st January 2005 a question has been referred to the comptroller under section 8 or 12, in relation to that reference, sections 8, 11 and 12 have effect as if the amendments to those sections by the Patents Act 2004 M1 had not been made and rules 9 and 13 of the 1995 Rules have effect as in force immediately before 1st January 2005.
