In the National Health Service (Performers Lists) Regulations 2004(1), in regulation 21 (interpretation), in paragraph (2), in the definition of “CCT”, omit “, including any such certificate awarded in pursuance of the competent authority functions of the Board specified in article 20(3)(a) of that Order”.
