269. In article 8 (access to register etc), in paragraph (5)—
(a)for “EEA State” substitute “relevant European State”; and
(b)for “the relevant Directive” substitute “the relevant provisions of Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7th September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications(1), as those provisions are amended from time to time”.
