Transitional Provisions and Savings12
The amendments made by paragraph 192(4) of Schedule 8 to the 2006 Act (amendment to Schedule 1, paragraph 18(4) of the Housing Act 19965) shall apply in relation to any financial year of a charity which begins on or after 27th February 2007.
