2.—(1) The Control of Trade in Endangered Species (Enforcement) Regulations 1997(1) are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 2(1) for the definition of “Subsidiary Regulation” substitute—
““Subsidiary Regulation” means Commission Regulation No. 865/2006 laying down detailed rules concerning the implementation of Council Regulation No. 338/97”.
(3) In regulation 2(2)(d), for “Article 18” substitute “Article 17, 30 or 37”.
(4) In regulation 2(2)(f) for “Article 43” substitute “Article 72”.
S. I. 1997/1372 to which there is an amendment not relevant to these Regulations.
