1. This Order may be cited as the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) (Amendment) (No. 7) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 6th November 2007.
2. The following authority is specified as an approved local authority for the purposes of section 144 of the Transport Act 2000 (civil penalties for bus lane contraventions):
(a)Gloucestershire County Council(1).
3.—(1) The Schedule to the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) Order 2005(2) shall be amended as set out in paragraph (2).
(2) After the row in the table relating to Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council, insert the following row—
