Application

3.  This Order applies to the area comprising the whole of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stafford except—

(a) the entire length of the A38, including its on and off slip roads;

(b) the entire length of the A50, including its on and off slip roads;

(c) the entire length of the M6, including its on and off slip roads; and

(d) the entire length of the A500, including its on and off slip roads.
