The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980(1).

1. The A629 Trunk Road (Ings Lane to Cononley Lane) (Detrunking) Order 1996(2) is revoked.

2. This Order may be cited as the A629 Trunk Road (Ings Lane to Cononley Lane) (Detrunking) Order 1996 (Revocation) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st October 2007.
