The Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 is amended as follows.

In sections 32, 33, 48, 49, 53, 54 and 55(1) to (6), after “Secretary of State” (in each place) insert “for Justice”.

In sections 33, 48, 49, 53, 54 and 55, for “Lord Chancellor” (in each place) substitute “Secretary of State for the Home Department”.
