NORTHERN IRELAND

This Order amends the North/South Co-operation (Implementation Bodies) (Northern Ireland) Order 1999. That Order gave effect to provisions of an Agreement with the Government of Ireland concerning implementation bodies. This Order gives effect to a further Agreement with the Government of Ireland concerning the interpretation of certain terms in the original Agreement.
