Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 U.K.

3.  In section 153(1)(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (purposes for which financial assistance may be given)—

(a) for paragraph (uu), substitute—

“(uu) the International Sustainable Development Fund;”; and

(b) omit paragraph (ww).
