In relation to carriage that takes place wholly within Great Britain it shall not be a contravention of these Regulations to carry dangerous goods in compliance with a temporary derogation agreed pursuant to Sub-section 1.5.1.1 to which the United Kingdom is a party.

In this regulation, “temporary derogation” shall be construed in accordance with Section 1.5.1.
