Parts 2 and 5 of these Regulations do not apply to, or in relation to, the carriage of dangerous goods on any part of the Channel Tunnel system.

In this regulation “the Channel Tunnel system” has the meaning given to “the tunnel system” by section 1(7) of the Channel Tunnel Act 198737 except that the words “to be” which come before the word “constructed” shall be omitted.
