3. This Order applies to the whole of the Metropolitan Borough of North Tyneside except—
(a)the entire length of the A19 within the borough, including its on and off slip roads and the length within the Tyne Tunnel; and
(b)the A1058 from the eastern borough boundary to its junction with the A1108, including its on and off slip roads and the junction with the A1108.
