SCHEDULE 1 MODIFICATIONS OF ENACTMENTS

Freedom of Information Act 2000

86.—(1) Section 84 (interpretation) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit the definition of “executive committee”.

(3) In the definition of “government department”, for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c) the Welsh Assembly Government”.
