51.—(1) Section 28D (accessibility strategies and plans)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (7)(c) for “National Assembly” substitute “Welsh Ministers”(2).
(3) In subsection (17), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “regulations”, for “National Assembly” substitute “Welsh Ministers”(3).

Section 28D was inserted by section 14(1) of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 (c.10).

Subsection (7) was amended by regulation 3 of the Education Act 2002 (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/2913).
