Appointed day for provisions relating to smoking
2. 1st July 2007 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—
(a)Part 1 and Schedules 1 and 2, in so far as they are not already in force;
(b)sections 76 and 77, in so far as they relate to offences under that Part.
