SCHEDULE Amendments to the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966

Section 27

3.  In section 27 (interpretation)—

(a) omit the definitions of “EEA Agreement”, “the Recognition Directive”, “Scheduled European qualification” and “the Training Directive”; and

(b) for the definition of “member State” substitute—

““member State” means EEA state or Switzerland;”.
