6.—(1) Without prejudice to regulation 13 (Minutes and papers) of the School Governance (Procedures) (England) Regulations 2003(1), and to the extent that they are not otherwise required to secure the provision of such information to parents, the governing body must secure that the parent council is provided with such information as they may reasonably require in relation to—
(i)the governing body’s conduct of the school, and
(ii)the exercise by the governing body of their powers under section 27 of the Act.
(2) The governing body must provide the parent council with such support and assistance as they may reasonably require.
