Form of approval for a bovine animal9

An approval for a bovine animal must specify—
a
the name and breed of the bovine animal;
b
the number by which it is identifiable in accordance with the cattle identification regulations; and
c
any conditions to which the approval is subject.

An approval must be in writing and may be made subject to such conditions as are necessary to—
a
ensure that the provisions of these Regulations are complied with; or
b
protect public or animal health.
