This Order may be cited as the Tourist Boards (Scotland) Act 2006 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2007 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Subject to paragraph (3) this Order extends to England and Wales only.

Paragraph 2 of the Schedule extends to the whole of the United Kingdom.
