Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 273(1) of, and paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 4 to, the National Health Service Act 20061.
The Secretary of State for Health makes this Order on the application of Good Hope Hospital National Health Service Trust following the completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 4 to the National Health Service Act 20062.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Good Hope Hospital National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 8th April 2007.
Dissolution of NHS trust2
The Good Hope Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Good Hope Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19923 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
