The Secretary of State makes the following order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1(1), (3), (4) and (7) of the Industrial Development Act 1982(1):
1982 c.52: section 1(4) was inserted by section 4 of the Co-operative Development Agency and Industrial Development Act 1984 (c.57), words in section 1(4) were omitted by the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 2004 (c.14); words in section 1(7) were omitted by the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 2004 (c.14).
