Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 1st May 2006.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 2001 Regulations” means the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001(1).
