Dissolution of NHS trusts and revocation of orders

6.  On the dissolution date—

(a) the South of Tyne and Wearside Mental Health National Health Service Trust, which was established by the South of Tyne and Wearside Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) and the Priority Healthcare Wearside National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2002(1);

(b) the Northgate and Prudhoe National Health Service Trust, which was established by the Northgate and Prudhoe National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994(2); and

(c) the Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland Mental Health National Health Service Trust, which was established by the Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2001(3),

are dissolved, and accordingly their Establishment Orders are revoked.
