Dissolution of NHS trusts and revocation of orders
6. On the dissolution date—
(a)the County Durham and Darlington Priority Services National Health Service Trust, which was established by the Durham County Priority Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998(1); and
(b)the Tees and North East Yorkshire National Health Service Trust, which was established by the Tees and North East Yorkshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1999(2),
are dissolved, and accordingly their Establishment Orders and the Durham County Priority Services National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) Order 1999(3) are revoked.
