Amendment of the Tax Credits (Claims and Notifications) Regulations 2002

2.—(1) The Tax Credits (Claims and Notifications) Regulations 2002(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 11(3)(a)(2) for “30^th September” substitute “31^st August”.

(3) In regulation 33(a)(3) for “30^th September” substitute “31^st August”.
