Provisions coming into force on 7th March 2006
2. The following provisions of the 2005 Act shall come into force on 7th March 2006—
(a)section 49(1);
(b)section 49(2) for the purpose of enabling regulations to be made by the Secretary of State under section 52(1)(a) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1);
(c)section 49(3);
(d)section 49(6) for the purpose of enabling regulations to be made by the Secretary of State under section 52(3)(a) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
