2.—(1) Section 23(2) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (sums paid into the Distribution Fund and allocated for expenditure on or connected with sport to be held for distribution by certain bodies)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (a) (proportion of such sums so allocated to be held for distribution by the English Sports Council), for “75.6 per cent” substitute “62 per cent”.
(3) In paragraph (e) (proportion of such sums so allocated to be held for distribution by the United Kingdom Sports Council), for “9.2 per cent” substitute “22.8” per cent”.
