15. Section 29(1) (rights to abstract for drainage purposes etc) has effect in relation to abstraction of water by the Agency from sources of supply as if subsections (2B) and (2C) were omitted.
Section 29 was amended by the WA, section 7. Section 7 of the WA was not in force on the date these Regulations were made. See regulation 1(2) for the date on which this regulation comes into force.
