19.—(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (3), the words “or section 81 of the Police Act 1997” in rule 5(1) of the Police Appeals Tribunals Rules 1999(1) (“the 1999 Rules”) are revoked.
(2) Subject to sub-paragraph (3), the Police Appeals Tribunals (Amendment) Rules 2003(2) (which inserted the words revoked by sub-paragraph (1)) are revoked.
(3) Nothing in sub-paragraphs (1) and (2) shall affect what would otherwise be done in accordance with the 1999 Rules as extended by the words revoked by sub-paragraph (1) in respect of anything that occurred, or is alleged to have occurred, before 1st April 2006.
