3. This Order applies to the whole of the borough of Bracknell Forest except—
(a)the length of the A329 between the western boundary of the borough and the junctions between its on and off slip roads and the roundabout junction with the A322 (“the Twin Bridges roundabout”), including all roundabouts along that length;
(b)the circular carriageway of the Twin Bridges roundabout between:
(i)the slip road of that length of the A329 onto the roundabout and the slip road of the A322 onto the roundabout;
(ii)the slip road of the A322 onto the roundabout and the slip road of the A3095 onto the roundabout; and
(iii)the slip road of the A3095 onto the roundabout and the slip road of the A329 onto the roundabout;
(c)the length of the A322 located east of its roundabout junction with the A329 and within the borough, including all roundabouts along that length;
(d)the length of the A3095 from its roundabout junction with the A329 to its junction with the A321, including all roundabouts on that length, and the on and off slip roads connecting it with Ellesfield Avenue;
(e)the length of the A321 from its junction with the A3095 to its roundabout junction with the A30, including all roundabouts along that length;
(f)such parts of the roundabout located at the junction of the A321 and the A30 that are within the borough; and
(g)the length of the A332 located north of its roundabout junction with the A322 and within the borough.
