5. In regulation 2 of the Service Charges (Consultation Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2004(1) (interpretation), for the definition of “public notice” there shall be substituted—
““public notice” (“hysbysiad cyhoeddus”) means notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union pursuant to the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.”.
