The Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (Commencement No. 6) (England) Order 2006

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 93(2)(a) of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 20031:

Citation1

This Order may be cited as the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (Commencement No. 6) (England) Order 2006.

Provisions coming into force in England on 6th April 20062

Sections 48 to 522 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 shall, to the extent not already in force, come into force in England on 6th April 2006.
