EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order, which is made under the Osteopaths Act 1993, approves Rules made by the General Osteopathic Council which set out the requirements in respect of post registration training which have to be met by registered osteopaths. In particular, rule 10 provides for the circumstances in which an osteopath may be removed from the register for non-compliance with these Rules, and rule 11 makes provision regarding applications for restoration to the register following such removal.
