Citation, commencement, interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Guernsey) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 8th February 2007.
(2) In this Order—
(a)“Guernsey” means the Bailiwick of Guernsey; and
(b)“the 2006 Act” means the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006.
