Anonymous registration: amendments relating to list of spoilt postal ballot papers and list of lost postal ballot papers
22. At the end of regulations 77(8)(a)(1) and 78(4)(a)(2) insert “(or, in the case of an elector who has an anonymous entry, his electoral number alone)”.
