Amendment to registration appeals

13.  For regulation 32(1) substitute—

(1) This regulation makes provision in connection with the right of appeal—

(a)under section 56(1)(a) of the 1983 Act(1), from the decision of a registration officer regarding an application for registration;

(b)under section 56(1)(aa) of the 1983 Act(2), from the decision of a registration officer made in accordance with regulations 31C to 31F(3) that a person was not entitled to be registered or, as the case may be, has ceased to satisfy the conditions for registration set out in section 4 of the 1983 Act;

(c)under section 56(1)(ab) of the 1983 Act(4), from a determination of the registration officer under section 9B(2) of the 1983 Act(5), made in accordance with regulation 31H..
