Access to works12
DLRL may, for the purposes of the construction or operation of the authorised works—
a
form and lay out means of access or improve existing means of access, at or about the points marked “A” on the deposited plans and specified in columns (1) and (2) of Schedule 7 to this Order; and
b
with the approval of the highway authority, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, form and lay out such other means of access or improve existing means of access at such locations within the Order limits or the temporary land as DLRL reasonably requires.
