38.  In section 72A (the responsible pharmacist)(1)—

(a) in subsection (2), omit “Health”;

(b) in subsection (4)(b), omit “Health”;

(c) in subsection (5)(b), omit “Health”; and

(d) in subsection (6), omit “Health”.
