SCHEDULE 8 AMENDMENTS TO THE MEDICINES ACTS ETC.

PART 1 Consequential amendments to the Medicines Acts 1968 and 1971

The Medicines Act 1968

28.  In section 57 (power to extend or modify exemptions)(1)—

(a) in subsection (1), omit “appropriate”;

(b) omit subsections (2A) to (2D); and

(c) in subsection (3), omit “appropriate”.
