13. In section 23 (special provisions as to effect of manufacturer’s licence)(1)—
(a)in subsection (1), omit “the provisions of this Part of this Act relating to medicinal tests on animals and to”;
(b)in subsection (2)—
(i)omit “Subject to the next following subsection,”, and
(ii)omit paragraph (b) and the word “or” before it; and
(c)omit subsection (3).
