2. The Measuring Equipment (Liquid Fuel and Lubricants) Regulations 1995(1) are amended by substituting for regulation 6A the following regulation—
6A. Measuring equipment for use for trade shall be marked in a manner which is sufficiently clear to enable the buyer to identify the product which that equipment delivers, but this regulation shall not apply where the equipment is used in the absence of the buyer. ”.
